Whitehouse adds muscle to Trebor team

BIRMINGHAM’S Trebor Developments has announced a key new appointment to its team, following further growth and key project success.

Richard Whitehouse has been appointed as development director and will be based at Trebor’s Longbridge head office. He has an extensive development background having spent ten years as director at Shepherd Developments. Before that he held senior positions at Miller Developments and CBRE as an industrial property consultant.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner at Trebor Developments, said: “His vast experience and track record will assist us in growing our development pipeline of prestigious projects and allow us to convert new deals quickly. Experience counts in development and Richard comes with the full portfolio of skills.”

Trebor’s current project portfolio includes the redevelopment of the Grand Hotel in central Birmingham.
