Three new management appointments at Stepnell

RUGBY Construction and civil engineering firm Stepnell has strengthened its management team with the appointment of three new senior members of staff.

Jon Atkinson joins as project manager. He previously held the same role with Simons in Lincoln and has also worked with Wilson Bowden Developments as construction manager.

John Cooper has been appointed as strategic project manager. He joins the business from Interserve where he was project manager and he has also worked as a project manager for BAM Construction.

And Matthew Sargent joins the company as design manager with responsibility for managing and coordinating building design. He was previously with Wilmott Dixon Housing and has specialist design expertise in retirement villages, housing estate regeneration and extra care and care homes.
