Aon consolidates Birmingham operation at Colmore Gate

INSURER Aon has set up a new base in Birmingham as part of a long-term investment in the West Midlands.

Aon said in a statement the move consolidated its Birmingham operations in one location and the new offices in Colmore Gate, 2 Colmore Row were the base for more than 300 employees.

Craig Preston, Midlands area director, Aon, said: “Our new Birmingham office is based in the heart of the city. The move into this building is evidence of our investment not just to Birmingham, but to the wider Midlands region.

Aon’s Birmingham operation provides risk management and human resource consultancy to organisations throughout the Midlands.
