Investment company buys HQ building at Stoneleigh for £13.15m

VINTAGE Capital International (VCIL), a private investment Company owned by a Zakay family trust, has bought an 85,524 sq ft headquarters and training facility in Warwickshire.

The facility, at Abbey Park, Stoneleigh, is let to Agco UK Limited on a lease expiring in 2026 and was acquired from a private fund for £13.15m.

Clive Bush, co-managing director of Topland Group, which advised Vintage on the sale, said: “This is an extremely well specified building built in 2006 and is typical of the quality of investment that we are seeking for Vintage at the present time.

“Vintage is focusing on buildings which have excellent residual values and where the existing tenants have demonstrated a strong commitment to the property.”

This was the third property acquired by Vintage in as many months following its recent purchases in Coventry and Sheffield.
