Insurance broker Marsh makes the move to Colmore Plaza

THE Carlyle Group has secured Marsh, a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, as the latest tenant at Colmore Plaza, its office development in central Birmingham.

Marsh has signed a ten-year lease for 11,500 sq ft of space on the building’s11th floor. DTZ acted on behalf of Marsh in securing the letting.

Marsh is a global leader in insurance broking and risk management, with 26,000 employees operating in more than 100 countries.  Currently based in Tricorn House, the Birmingham team is to relocate from its existing offices.
