The group will now be able to provide a full range of professional property services for use by all UK public sector bodies including central government departments and their agencies, non-departmental public bodies, NHS bodies and local authorities.

Leading on core services in the Midlands, Andrew Lamb, director at Harris Lamb, said: “This is a superb opportunity for Harris Lamb and our partners to have an impact on the public sector across a wide portion of Great Britain and to share our insight and expertise on a wide range of property issues.

“In the current economic climate, such guidance can be invaluable to ensure the very best outcome for public bodies and organisations, and we are delighted that Harris Lamb’s reputation has secured it a place within the RAP group to offer that advice and support.”
