GBR Phoenix Beard picks up Solihull resi scheme management contract

PROPERTY consultancy GBR Phoenix Beard’s residential arm has been appointed by Aquatude Management Company to provide property management services.
Aquatude is a 100-apartment scheme in the Dickens Heath area of Solihull and was built by Redrow around five years ago. Many of the apartments overlook the Stratford Canal.
This is the latest in a number of high profile appointments for GBR Phoenix Beard Residential, which was launched in 2012. Its instructions include managing apartment schemes such as Dickens Heath Village Centre, Islington Gates, Holliday Wharf, Queens College Chambers, Southside, and Westgate.
Richard Jackson, better known as The Birmingham and Solihull Toastmaster, who is a director of Aquatude Management Company, said: “We are delighted to have GBR Phoenix Beard on board. Their reputation at neighbouring Dickens Heath Village Centre is exemplary, as is their track record in maintaining consistently high standards at developments like ours.”
Ian Williams of GBR Phoenix Beard Residential will be responsible for providing property management services at Aquatude.
He said: “This is a great appointment for us and we are looking forward to making a real difference here.
“Aquatude is a highly desirable location and we know that we can deliver a premium service to the residents here.”
