Colliers instructed on Quinton Business Park

COLLIERS International has been instructed on St Modwen’s Quinton Business Park in Birmingham.

The property consultancy’s office agency team in Birmingham has been appointed, alongside joint agents DTZ, to market phase 4 of the development, as well as 3,180 sq ft of accommodation in building four.

Developer St Modwen – which is itself based at the scheme – has planning permission for  85,000 sq ft of design and build office space on five acres of land at the site. It could accommodate either a single headquarters-style building or three individual buildings, from 10,000 sq ft upwards.

The first three phases are fully let to occupiers including Amey, HCA, Highways Agency, Serco and Wates Construction.

Matt Long, a director in Colliers International’s office agency team, said: “Quinton has become firmly established as a thriving location for business and continues to have strong appeal, as the success of the first three phases testify.

“The fourth and final phase will be developed to an equally high standard as the previous phases and is well placed to attract high calibre occupiers looking for top quality, well-located business premises.”

Peter Rudd, senior development surveyor at St Modwen, added: “We are pleased to have appointed Colliers to market the next phase of development at Quinton Business Park and look forward to progressing discussions with new occupiers.”

Quinton Business Park is located on the Hagley Road, adjacent to Junction 3 of the M5.
