Shakespeare Putsman to acquire Nottingham’s Berryman

BIRMINGHAM law firm Shakespeare Putsman will confirm later today that it has acquired Nottingham practice Berryman’s, just a month after merging with Stratford firm Needham & James.

Berryman’s is a 130-staff firm, and its acquisition represents a 25% expansion for the Birmingham firm.

Shakespeare Putsman ‘s Paul Wilson told TheBusinessDesk.com that the firm was looking to increase its reach across the Midlands with a network of offices in the region to orbit its Birmingham HQ.
