UP-Market Indian restaurant Pushkar Cocktail Bar & Dining has been crowned ‘Best Restaurant’ on Broad Street at the 2014 Best of Broad Street Awards (BOBS).

The Best of Broad Street Awards honours the best bars, nightclubs, hotels and restaurants based on Birmingham’s ‘Golden Mile’. The awards, now in their ninth year, culminated in a glittering presentation ceremony at the ICC.

There were more than 20 award categories in total including Best Chef, Best Restaurant, Best Casual Dining, and Best Overall Venue.

Pushkar has won numerous awards at the BOBS in previous years including the ‘Best Fine Dining’ category last year.

Pushkar’s creative director Rai Singh said: “Once again, the BOBS Awards did not disappoint. Not only did we all have a fantastic evening but we scooped up an award too.

“We are delighted to be awarded the ‘Best Restaurant’ on Broad Street and we’re proud to represent Broad Street and Birmingham.”
