Chase de Vere takes space in Birmingham’s CBD

PROPERTY consultancies Savills and DTZ have let office space at One Cornwall Street in Birmingham’s Colmore Business District (CBD) to Chase de Vere.

The independent financial advisor has taken part of the sixth floor, totalling 2,400 sq ft on a new ten-year lease. The deal follows on from the recent letting to CMA CGM Shipping.

Savills and DTZ were acting on behalf of client AXA Real Estate.

Jonathan Ottewell, associate of office agency at Savills Birmingham, said: “We are pleased to welcome Chase De Vere to the building at a time when occupiers across the city are investing in new space from which to attract and retain both staff and clients.”
