Under Control buys in to Holly Park
GBR Phoenix Beard has sold a unit at Holly Park in Erdington, Birmingham, to Under Control Instruments for an undisclosed sum.
The mid-terrace, modern industrial unit is 4,940 sq ft in total and will provide the expanding firm with the space needed to meet growing demand from customers.
Under Control Instruments supplies specialist commercial heating control instruments, infrared heat lamps, industrial heating elements and catering spares.
The company has relocated from within Erdington and will employ six people at the new Holly Park base.
Delroy Dore, managing director of Under Control Instruments said: “This is a landmark move for us as we have been operating for ten years and, whilst we are only moving a relatively short distance, Erdington has been a superb location from which to build our customer base.
“The upturn in the economy has given us the confidence to invest further in the business.”

He said: “This is a sound investment by Under Control Instruments as Erdington’s links to the A38 Tyburn Road and the M6 make Holly Park highly accessible for distribution and employment purposes.”
