Jask helps St Mary’s Hospice roll out shop rebrand

JASK Creative has helped Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice open its new store in Solihull.

Jask was commissioned to develop the hospice’s brand in 2012. Since the project started, Jask has successfully helped to transform the hospice’s marketing and communications position.

The latest brand development was to transform the hospice’s high street presence, starting with the launch of the new store in Solihull.

Jask created new signage, window graphics, internal posters and point-of-sale materials and these are being rolled out across the rest of the Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice retail network.

Andy Pavey, account director for Jask Creative, said “Working closely with Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice, who totally recognise and strive for brand consistency across the complete portfolio, has meant that the strategy of repositioning Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice has been a great success.

“We are delighted to have been able to continue the rolling out of the re-brand to an integral part of their fundraising activities.”

Lorna Forrest, Head of Trading, Birmingham St Mary’s Hospice said: “We have really enjoyed working with Jask on the launch of our new Solihull store. As an organisation we strive for excellence in every area of our work and it was important to us that the branding for our stores is reflective of that – Jask have captured that ethos perfectly and we look forward to continuing our creative relationship with them.”

Drayton Manor launches conferencing website

Conferencing facilities at Drayton Manor Park DRAYTON Manor Theme Park and Hotel has launched a new website dedicated to showcasing its conference and events facilities.

The new Drayton Manor Events website (www.draytonmanorevents.co.uk) provides a definitive guide to the facilities available throughout the Drayton Manor site, including executive boardrooms, the 4D cinema and a variety of suites. Whilst the previous websites focused on the leisure opportunities at both the theme park and hotel, the new site is solely focused on promoting it as a destination for corporate events.

The events website is designed to be more modern and user friendly, and is accessible across a range of platforms to meet the growing tendency to browse using devices such as mobile phones and tablets. Future plans for the site include the option to view a virtual tour of the facilities, to further aid with the booking process.

Melissa Topley, Events Manager at Drayton Manor Theme Park and Hotel said: “The new website is a fantastic marketing tool for promoting our conference and event facilities. We wanted to create a modern, concise and easy to use interface that allows prospective visitors to explore what we have on offer for corporate businesses, as a separate entity to the leisure facilities that are so widely recognised.”

Colin Bryan, CEO and Group Managing Director of Drayton Manor Theme Park added: “The new website serves to promote facilities even further. It’s an exciting addition to the existing websites and ensures that we are competitive in the corporate events market.”
