Decision Recruitment becomes Ionic and sets up shop in Solihull

CONSTRUCTION, social housing and maintenance sector jobs firm Decision Recruitment has undergone a name change and is setting up a base in Solihull.

It will be now known as Ionic and the rebrand includes a new website, logo and increased marketing/PR presence.

The name change is part of an on-going business growth strategy that aims to reach a projected business turnover of £5.3m in the current financial year.

At its new office in Solihull Ionic plans to employ eight new members of staff across the business, bringing the total number of staff in the company up to 27.

The opening of the local office forms part of the company business plan to achieve more than 70% growth in the current financial year.

Martyn Makinson, managing director of Warrington-headquartered Ionic, said: “One of our key business objectives is to work with our clients and candidates at a local level and this is also the next stage of our business growth.

“It’s an exciting time for the business and we are looking forward to talking to current and new clients and candidates about how we can help them achieve their personal/business goals and objectives in the coming months.”
