Colliers to market largest multi-let industrial estate in Birmingham

ACTING on behalf of Standard Life Investments, property consultancy Colliers International has been instructed to market Gravelly Industrial Park – the largest multi-let industrial estate in Birmingham.
Gravelly Industrial Park, near junction six of the M6, comprises 78 units totalling 1.1m sq ft on a site of 80 acres. The park is home to high profile tenants including Carlsberg, Continental and Bunzl.
Colliers has been instructed to market the estate’s vacant units, which range from 1,700 – 30,000 sq ft.
Peter Monks, associate director in Colliers’ Birmingham industrial & logistics team, said: “Gravelly Industrial Park is a fantastic example of an established, large scale, multi-let industrial scheme which offers occupiers a breadth of refurbished units to satisfy a range of requirements.
“Its strategic location, close to Spaghetti Junction and with direct access to the city via the Aston Expressway, means that Gravelly can tap into a large labour pool, all within a 30 minute drive of the estate.
