£5m car showroom set for Wolverhampton gateway site

ASK Developments, working with Trebor Developments have completed a showpiece car dealership at the Gateway Site, north of Wolverhampton.

The £5m project has been completed and handed over to tenant, Pendragon, which will now complete the fit-out ready for the opening of the new showroom, which is likely to be operated by subsidiary Stratstone.

Bob Tattrie, managing partner of Trebor Developments, on behalf of the developers, said: “The development looks excellent with its high prominence onto the M54 and Stafford Road.  Following fit out this dealership will offer an outstanding location for customers”.

ASK Developments and Trebor are marketing the balance of the high profile site, which extends to one acre adjacent to the showroom, for other users. They are represented by Bulleys.

The high profile gateway site, close to Junction 2 of the M54, is on the main artery road into the city centre. It is also close to the i54 business park, home of Jaguar Land Rover’s £0.5bn engine plant.
