Strong interest expected for new Lichfield mixed use scheme
PROPERTY firm Charter Management has been appointed to market a new commercial and mixed-use scheme in Lichfield city centre.
City Point is targeting businesses looking to set up or relocate their company to the city.
The development, situated on the corner of Swan Road and Sanford Street, comprises three individual ground floor retail units/offices.
Charter is also marketing an additional ground-floor office suite at the nearby Charter House.
Simon Glover, company secretary, Charter Management said: “These offices are all very desirable for the right business or retailer that wants to be in a desirable city centre.”
He said location of City Point and the opportunities offered by Lichfield had already led to strong interest in the property.
