Full signs up at Solihull’s One Trinity Park

A PAIR of deals by agents Cushman & Wakefield has helped a Solihull office building reach its full occupancy of 52,000 sq ft.

Earlier this year, the Birmingham offices team of Cushman & Wakefield let two floors of One Trinity Park  to Lloyd’s Register.

Now, the firm has followed that up by letting the remaining two floors, to Belgian based organic and non-organic food and drink products maker Alpro and to engineering company RLC UK.

Both Alpro, which is relocating from nearby Birmingham Business Park, and RLC – which counts JLR amongst its clients – are taking a 13,000+ sq ft floor at the building.

Scott Rutherford, head of offices at Cushman & Wakefield in Birmingham, said: “This one of the best offices in Solihull and it is now full following its refurbishment. All of the deals are long leases.”

The building is located at the entrance to Birmingham International railway station and Birmingham Airport.

During a £2m refurbishment last year, the office and reception areas were remodelled, and a central atrium restored. New air conditioning and mechanical and electrical services were installed to help bring the building up to scratch.
