Worcestershire comms agency completes first stage of global expansion

WORCESTERSHIRE full service communications agency Superdream has completed the first stage of its international expansion by opening a new office in Australia.
The Stoke Prior agency, which was set up in 2012, opted to launch the Brisbane office after winning significant new business in the country.
Superdream Australia’s operation, based in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley, is being headed by new local recruits senior account manager Kirsty Visman and PR account manager Nicole Hope.
Ms Visman joins from marketing agency Made4Media and brings with her nine years of experience across a range of sectors including entertainment, while Ms Hope joins after four years at automotive giant GM Holden, Australia’s equivalent to Vauxhall.
They have been joined by account manager Amy Nibbs and senior creative Mike Crate, who have both made the move from Bromsgrove to Brisbane to support the new venture. The team will work closely with Superdream UK to deliver round the clock services to clients on both sides of the world.
The Brisbane team will be providing brand building, marketing and public relations support for a number of clients including Key Assets, an independent, not-for-profit foster care agency. They will be working alongside Key Assets’ directors in each of its bases in both Australia and New Zealand, including Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania.
Jason Manning, managing director at Superdream, said: “Expanding our international footprint was a strategic opportunity for us and we are pleased to be opening an office in Australia. Brisbane was an ideal choice to open our first international office given its bustling metropolitan area and undeniably creative culture.
“As an agency, we’re excited to welcome our new team on-board and can’t wait to build our team and client portfolio in Australia. We work for a number of international companies and this move will enable us to continue to expand our international interests.”
