Black Country electrical firm relocates after new deal
A BLACK Country electrical firm has relocated to support the growth of the business.
R S Electrical Services have signed a 10-year lease for a modern refurbished warehouse and offices on City Estate, Cradley Heath.
The lease, negotiated by Halls Commercial, is for a 9,185 sq ft unit at an average rental of £44,600 per annum.
The estate is owned by Stourbridge-based investor Folkes, a diverse asset management family business with £74m of investments in the UK and 1.45m sq ft of UK real estate.
