Leading awards win for developer Stoford
BIRMINGHAM commercial property developer Stoford has been recognised at this year’s Industrial Agents Society Awards.
The firm secured the Developer of the Year title in recognition of its work during the past 12 months, during which it has participated in 19 industrial schemes ranging from 68,000 sq ft to 1,200,000 sq ft.
The projects are a mixture of pre-let/pre-sale occupier-led deals and joint development funding partnerships with a number of key partners.
This year Stoford will deliver more than 3.6 million sq ft of space for occupiers including Poundland, ERA Home Security, DPD, The Range and Amazon.
The pre-let projects completed during the year have an end value of more than £250m and will create over 5,000 new jobs.
