Hat-trick of lettings for Black Country industrial estate

A West Bromwich industrial magnet is proving a magnet to new business after securing a hat-trick of lettings since the start of the year.

The Oldbury office of Bulleys Chartered Surveyors has completed the trio of deals at Kelvin Way Trading Estate.

Units 19, 20 and 24 Kelvin Way, which together comprise a floor area of 22,767 sq ft, have all found new occupiers this quarter.

The current strong demand for commercial property in the area allied to the park’s location close to Junction 1 of the M5 as well as Sandwell and Dudley railway station, are thought to be contributory factors to the deals.

Max Shelley, senior surveyor at the Bulleys Oldbury office, said: “Kelvin Way Trading Estate is an established location in West Bromwich with excellent communications to the motorway network.

“With the diminishing stock of warehouse accommodation in the south Black Country, the estate provides an ideal opportunity for occupiers looking for up to 10,000 sq ft of modern competitively priced accommodation.”

Bulleys is hoping it can secure additional deals for the site as further refurbished units from 2,500-10,000 sq ft are being marketed.
