Developer unveils Trinity Leeds tenants

FOSSIL, Pandora and Swarovski are among a cluster of brands that are to take space at the new Trinity Leeds shopping centre, it was announced this morning.
Developer Land Securities also revealed The Perfume Shop, Cafe Rouge and Giraffe have also committed to taking space at the centre which will open next year.
In addition, Primark, which was already due to open at Trinity Leeds, has moved to take an additional 17,000 sq ft of space.
John Grimes, Land Securities’ leasing director for Trinity Leeds, said: “We have real momentum with leasing, demonstrated by being 66% pre-let and in solicitors’ hands with over a year to opening which is unprecedented in this economic backdrop.
“There is an ongoing demand for quality space from UK and international retailers who want to be located in top cities like Leeds. Trinity Leeds is a stunning project, which people can now see and experience as the building is really taking shape. It’s becoming a real pull for international brands like Fossil and Pandora as it will be a retail beacon for the North.”
The latest names join retailers that have already agreed to open at Trinity Leeds including M&S, Next, Topshop and Hollister.
