DACRES Commercial is relocating its head office as part of its ongoing expansion plans.

The operation is moving to Regent House in Leeds city centre.

Dacres Commercial will occupy the building’s ground floor, which covers more than 3,000 sq ft. 

Of the company’s 40 employees, 21 will be based at the new office, with the remainder working across Dacres’ offices in Harrogate, Ilkley, Skipton, Keighley and Otley.

DEVELOPERS of the Flemingate scheme in Beverley have reported “exceptional” interest from potential retail and leisure operators.

The £120m regeneration of more than 10 acres of land recently received full planning approval.

With Debenhams already lined up as the anchor retailer, Premier Inn agreeing to operate an 80-bed hotel and Parkway Cinemas opening a five-screen multiplex, negotiations with other potential new arrivals are continuing.

The scheme is a joint venture between the Wykeland Group, of Hull, and London-based Quintain Estates and Development.

Work is underway on the residential element of the project where its house building partner, Linden Homes, has sold 45 units.

ACTING on behalf of trustees for Roman Catholic Purposes Registered 1990 Trust the industrial agency team at CBRE in Sheffield has completed the sale of a 50,500 sq ft warehouse unit.

The unit in Chesterfield has been sold to Bulroc UK for an undisclosed sum.

Rock drilling experts Bulroc UK has relocated into the larger premises from a 15,474 sq ft unit.

Daniel Austin, senior surveyor of North East industrial agency at CBRE, said; “The unit at Burley Close ideally suited Bulroc UK Limited’s needs for warehouse and office provisions. Furthermore it has good network links to the north and the south of the country.”
