Communisis announces new non-exec director

COMMUNISIS has today announced the appointment of Peter Harris as non-executive director and chairman of the audit committee.

The Leeds-based group, which describes itself as a “leading provider of personalised customer communication services”  said Mr Harris’s financial experience spans 30 years, during which he has played key roles in driving the profitability and growth of listed and private companies.
 
Mr Harris is currently interim finance director of Bell Pottinger. For the previous 10 years, he was finance director of Engine, the UK’s largest privately owned marketing services group, and prior to that, group finance director of Capital Radio. His new role at Communisis will begin on July 1.
