Yorkshire property estates snapped up

TWO property estates in Yorkshire have been acquired by Max Property Group.
The group has bought the UK Trade Asset Portfolio, a freehold multi-let industrial portfolio for £6.34m. The UK Trade Asset portfolio includes estates in Goole and Bradford, which will now be incorporated into Max’s Industrious business.
Max Property Group was advised by Nolan Redshaw. Knight Frank acted for the vendor.
Neil Higson, senior surveyor at Nolan Redshaw, said: “Max Property and Prestbury are longstanding clients of Nolan Redshaw and having concluded over 90 lettings and lease renewals totalling over 380,000 sq ft, we are delighted to have secured the purchase of the UK Trade Asset Portfolio.”
