Dales hotel snapped up

YORKSHIRE Dales hotel Beck Hall has been sold.

The new owners, Andrew and Louise MacBeth, have relocated to Yorkshire from London to run the hotel, located next to Malham Beck.

Peter Bean, director of hotels at Colliers International, which sold the bed and breakfast  with an asking price of £845,000, said: “It is unusual to find such a large bed and breakfast business in such an idyllic position as well as scope for restaurant, bar and tea room trade. We are sure Andrew and Louise will do extremely well at Beck Hall which is a popular hotel with much repeat trade.”
