Law firm completes Sovereign Square move

LAW firm Addleshaw Goddard has completed a move to 3 Sovereign Square.
The building, which was recently sold to Leeds City Council for £44m, was completed at the beginning of November.
Now anchor tenants Addleshaw Goddard have moved its 461 staff into their new site, from offices across the road.
The firm has signed a 17-year lease for three and a hal of five floors within the 93,240 sq ft Grade A building.
Caffe Nero have signed on to some of the 10,000 sq ft retail space at the bottom level.
The open plan offices are adjacent to KPMG’s newly finished building.
