Latest property appointments:
TIM Bottrill, partner at the Knight Frank’s Sheffield office, has been made vice chairman of the Sheffield Property and Regeneration Committee (SPARC) committee.
SPARC, run by Sheffield Chamber of Commerce, is the focus for local and regional property and regeneration businesses to represent Chamber members.
The Chamber re-launched all of its forums earlier this year with a view to ensuring members made their voice heard in the sectors and strategies aimed at growing the regional economy.
Mr Bottrill said: “The commercial property market is poised at a crucial time with the newly formed local enterprise partnerships (LEPs) and the recent announcement of the Sheffield shortlist for the Enterprise Zones.
“I will be working closely with SPARC chairman Alastair Reid of Hill Dickinson to draw up a new agenda – we are both very keen to ensure the committee goes beyond creating discussion, to develop real plans for our sector.”

BRAMALL Construction has recruited a new contracts director to oversee its contracts across Yorkshire, the Humber and East Midlands.
Brendon Hutchinson will manage the delivery of contracts worth around £120m.
He will also manage the company’s pre-construction team and will focus on the health and safety culture across the company.
He brings more than 20 years’ experience of working in the construction sector to Rotherham-based Bramall, having predominantly worked on large scale new build, design and construction projects.
Mr Hutchinson was previously operations director for Lovell and formerly construction director for the David McLean Group for the North of England and the Midlands.
