45,000 sq ft Leeds HQ building moves forward

Zenith’s new HQ offices at No1, Kirkstall Forge have taken a step closer to completion following the appointment of a contractor to complete the internal fit out.

Chartered surveyors Fox Lloyd Jones, acting for the leasing, fleet management and vehicle outsourcing business, has appointed specialists Ardmac to deliver an extensive fit out of the offices.

Fox Lloyd Jones has been working with Zenith and interior design specialists SpaceInvader Design to create contemporary workspace over three floors within the new building.

The plan is for Zenith to relocate to the new offices before the end of the year.

Director of Fox Lloyd Jones and project manager for the scheme, Gavin Beevers, said: “After many months of planning and design work it is great to enter the final phase of delivering Zenith’s new offices.
