Harewood brings in Michelin-recommended chef for pop-up

Harewood Food and Drink is bringing in Josh Whitehead, currently sous chef at the Michelin-recommended Ox Club, for its latest supper club.

The dining experience, Hidden Harewood, will allow visitors to visit some of the lesser-known parts of the estate, with a tasting menu from Josh Whitehead.

Josh was also a contestant on MasterChef: The Professionals 2016 and is regarded as one of the best young talents in Yorkshire.

He has created a taster menu showcasing the best of Yorkshire, and inspired by Harewood’s heritage with produce grown on-site, including seasonal vegetables from the kitchen garden and game and livestock from the estate grounds.

The estate’s Food and Drink Project is a new initiative which focuses on celebrating the best of the Harewood Estate’s food and drink production.

Groups of up to 25 people will embark on a journey through the hidden parts of the estate, wining and dining at secret locations amongst extraordinary surroundings

Tickets will be available to purchase online for two sittings at 6pm and 7pm on Friday 1 September and Saturday 2 September.
