Recruitment firm to create 150 jobs after MBO

Recruitment firm Search Consultancy,which has offices in Leeds and Sheffield, is expanding its workforce with 150 roles being created.

The announcement follows a management buyout and investment from H2 Equity Partners in May.

Search Consultancy said its ambitious growth plans include a combination of increasing the number of consultants, further expanding its wide UK coverage, and making selected bolt-on acquisitions.

Search – which currently employs 650 people – will also be bolstering employee numbers at its Leeds, Glasgow, Crawley, Manchester and Edinburgh offices.
