CEG acquires business park asset

A trio of buildings at Callflex Business Park in Rotherham have been acquired by CEG on behalf of their investors for an undisclosed sum.

The detached office buildings which total 97,000 sq ft, are multi-let to Port@l, Telereal Trillium and Keepmoat generating a rental income of £766,346 a year.

Cushman & Wakefield acted for CEG while Knight Frank advised the vendor, Bourdon Park SARL.
