Portfolio of 16 commercial properties and 3 residential blocks comes to market

A portfolio of 16 commercial properties, plus three residential blocks, which produce a total passing rent of £440,443 per annum is being brought to market in South Yorkshire.

GVA is marketing the mixed-use portfolio, which includes healthcare investments comprising of two retail units let to Lloyds Pharmacy Limited and a single unit let to H I Weldricks Limited, producing a combined annual rental income of £34,000.

In addition, there is a significant holding of five office buildings located within the South Parade area of Doncaster town centre, extending to a total of 15,057 sq ft and producing a rental income of £100,375. Currently, one building is occupied by law firm, Dickinson Wood.

The portfolio’s private rented residential offering comprises of 21 residential apartments producing a rental income of £88,560 per annum, and inlcudes a well-let suburban PRS opportunity.

The commercial properties are managed by a single RICS regulated firm, Burgess Commercial, and provide tenants with a single point of contact for all matters and a consistent, reliable service. The three residential properties are managed by residential estate agencies.

The opportunity is being offered as five individual lots, although other offers will be considered.
