New HQ for commercial interiors firm
Harrogate-based Absolute Commercial Interiors, whose clients include Handelsbanken, Ashfield Healthcare and the Michelin starred restaurant The Man Behind The Curtain, has moved to new headquarters at Hornbeam Park.
The commercial interior design company has taken a 10 year lease on 2,300 sq ft of the ground floor of Gardner House.
Phil Brown, Absolute CI’s managing director, said: “We carried out an extensive search with Carter Towler and have found our perfect new home. We have seen an immediate positive effect on staff morale and the space allows us to showcase our skills in the very best light.”
Carter Towler director Richard Fraser, who negotiated the deal, said: “Absolute CI asked us to help them find alternative offices because the company had outgrown their current head quarters. We carried out a search of the Harrogate area and identified a number of options.
“Following negotiations with the landlord’s agent, Chris Robbins of Robbins Associates, we agreed terms to acquire a sizable part of the ground floor of Gardner House together with a good car parking allocation.
“Absolute CI has recently completed an extensive fit-out which looks great. The new premises will make a superb working environment for the company as well as a fantastic showcase for their commercial interior design and refurbishment skills.”
