Law firm makes move to new offices

Harrogate law firm LCF Barber Titleys has relocated to The Exchange next to the town’s train station.

LCF Barber Titleys, part of LCF Law, was previously based on North Park Road.

The firm has signed a 10-year lease on around 4,000 sq ft of space within Harrogate’s tallest office building on Station Parade.

Simon Stell, managing partner at LCF Law, says: “There are very few buildings in Harrogate with the capacity to accommodate both our extensive personal and corporate legal teams in a single, modern, open plan office environment.

“The office’s layout enables us to offer a fully cohesive service.  When this is combined with the building’s central location, with rail links and parking on the doorstep, it made it the ideal address for us.”

Commercial property agent Lambert Smith Hampton’s Leeds office advised LCF Barber Titleys on the deal and the office was fitted out by York-based interiors specialist Ben Johnson, which has also worked on LCF Law’s offices in Leeds and Bradford.

Carter Jonas and JLL were joint letting agents for the asset managers of The Exchange, CEG.
