IT support firm officially opens new head office

Claritas Solutions, the Leeds-based I.T. service and support company, has officially opened the doors to its new office in Wetherby.

Founded in 1997, Claritas made the move to Wetherby following a period of growth for the business. The new office accommodates over 60 members of staff.

The company relocated from Garforth earlier this year and has expanded its workforce with 12 new member of staff. These include director of digital services, three developers, four technical consultants, a business account manager and product manager.

Claritas Solutions also noted that it is aiming to increase revenue by 50% by 2021.

To mark the opening of the new office a launch party was held, which was attended by the Deputy Mayor of Wetherby, Cllr Neil O’Byrne and Leeds City Councillor Norma Harrington.

Guests arrived throughout the day and were greeted with a glass of bubbly and personalised beer from local brewery, Wetherby Brew Company.

They were also given a tour of the building, which was completely redesigned and refurbished earlier this year.

Claritas partners, cyber security specialists, Check Point and Egress also joined the party to give guests an insight into the latest software developments and data security issues.

Kirsty Sutton, finance director at Claritas Solutions, said: “We’ve loved being able to show all of our clients, partners and other business in the area what the new Claritas is all about. Because of the industry we’re in, we’re normally unable to give visitors access to the whole office, so being able to open it up for the day was fantastic.

“Everyone in the business has worked so hard to get it where it is today and having a big office, with more desk space, means we have a more inspiring environment to work in and continue to grow and provide the very best service to our customers.”
