Property search and legal IT service provider takes 10,000 sq ft for new hub

Property Search Group (PSG), the nationwide property search and legal IT service provider, is opening a hub at One Capitol Court in Barnsley after signing for 10,000 sq ft.

The three storey, 35,000 sq ft office building is prominently located on the established business park close to junction 31 of the M1.

Other businesses based at Capitol Court include Yorkshire Finance, Ramada Encore Hotel and Emcor Facilities.

Rob Phillipson, chief operating officer of PSG, said: “Our business is long established as a market leading provider to the legal sector. We’re rapidly expanding both our client base and the range of services we provide and therefore needed a new home to ensure that we can continue to meet and exceed our clients’ needs. One Capitol Court provides the perfect environment from which to do so.”

Commenting on the letting, Carter Towler associate Philip Shopland-Reed said: “PSG has taken 10,000 sq ft on the ground floor at One Capitol Court, which is a considerable proportion of the building. Our client Newcore Capital Management is absolutely delighted, as are we.
