Schoolwear company moves onto city business park

Vacant industrial units in Sheffield totaling 12,525 sq ft have been let to schoolwear supplier School Trends.

The two units at Holbrook Enterprise Park had recently been acquired by multi-let industrial business Stenprop, as part of a larger property portfolio acquisition.

Committing to a five-year lease, School Trends, which has 29 years’ experience of designing, producing and supplying school uniforms to more than 5,000 UK schools, said it was attracted to the business park’s location and the flexibility of the space.

These premises are in addition to the company’s existing head office, at Carley Drive in Westfield, Sheffield.

Knight Frank let the units to School Trends within a month of being appointed.

Ben White, associate at Knight Frank in Sheffield, said: “Holbrook Enterprise Park is located on the Holbrook Industrial Estate, and was developed in 2008.

“It has become an established industrial location with high specification units – ideal for a growing business needing to produce and supply not only locally, but nationally.

“It benefits from excellent access to Sheffield city centre eight miles away, plus links to the motorway system are in close proximity.”

The enterprise park is already home to a number of occupiers including Toolstation, MPH Bespoke Joiners and GDL Air Systems.
