57,000 sq ft city building re-launched after £6.5m renovation
The £6.5m transformation of 34 Boar Lane in the heart of Leeds into a creative office, leisure and retail space is now complete.
Accenture Digital is the first company to take up residence, as a launch partner, following the major renovation.
The prestigious development is being officially launched on Thursday September 19.
Owners Kinrise have fulfilled ambitious plans to create a dynamic mixed-use destinations. The 57,000 sq ft building is immediately opposite the railway station and is ready to occupy now.
34 Boar Lane provides single desks for entrepreneurs, studios for small teams and full floors for large global companies, all under one roof with a programme of cultural events and even free electric bicycles for tenants to get around the city.
Global consultancy firm Accenture Digital is a launch partner of the co-working and studio space in order to be the first to take advantage of the facilities and act as a catalyst for the Boar Lane creative, digital and technology ecosystem.
Each floor comprises up to 10,000 sq ft of office space, but can be sub-divided, if necessary, ranging from one desk in the co-working space upwards.

Kinrise bought 34 Boar Lane for £9.58m from Regional REIT, managed by London & Scottish Investments. The refurbishment of 34 Boar Lane was undertaken by London-based contractors Oktra.
