Contract wins lead to branding agency’s expansion

Leeds-based branding agency Spiral Communications is expanding and has taken an additional 1,795 sq ft at its offices in Manor House, Manor Street.

The company, whose clients include leading financial and banking organisations such as Lloyds, Halifax and TSB, has expanded into the first floor having occupied the top floor of three-storey Manor House for 13 years.

Commenting on the growth of the business, managing director Simon Turner said: “We looked at many options across the city and had we not been able to take the additional floor we would have reluctantly had to relocate.

“Thankfully, that was not the case. The entire building has just undergone an extensive £150,000 refurbishment programme and we came to the conclusion that it was absolutely the right place for our continued growth.

“We have been fortunate in winning a number of new contracts and our vision is to create a larger, more open and inspiring workspace for the Spiral team and our clients.”

Chartered surveyors Carter Towler have been appointed to market the remaining ground floor of Manor House. The vacant 1,795 sq ft office suite has secure parking along with brand new air conditioning, lighting and heating.
