International real estate advisor Savills and joint agent Carter Towler are to launch the second phase of industrial space at Overland Park, in Leeds, on behalf of client CBRE Global Investors.
OP65, which creates the final phase at Overland Park, comprises a 65,000 sq ft highly specified industrial and distribution facility located on a site totalling 4.35 acres.

Located just off junction 27 of the M62, Overland Park provides 180,000 sq ft of industrial/warehouse space across 15 units, between 3,000 sq ft to 65,000 sq ft. The scheme is close to the Leeds road network, with the city centre being approximately five miles away. It is also close to the M1/M62 interchange.
