Strong demand for residential scheme on site of former care home
More than 30% of St John’s Mews, a residential development in Penley’s Grove Street, York, has now been sold.
Easingwold-based developers Caedmon Homes have just completed 29 apartments on the site of the former Groves House Care Home. The one, two and three-bedroom apartments are available for immediate occupation.
Phase Two of the development, which comprises the two and three-bed apartments, has now been released.
The two-bedroom properties range from £275,000 to £360,000, the two bedroom duplex properties with balconies are available at £360,000 and the three bedroom properties from £415,000 to £450,000. Secure car parking is available.
Nine apartments have already been sold off plan, with the first residents taking up occupation. A show apartment is available to view through selling agents Savills.
