Where do you live/where are you from?

I currently live in Sheffield and I’m also born and bred in Sheffield.

What is your favourite place to visit in Yorkshire and why?

Hillsborough – that’s where my team play, Sheffield Wednesday.

What is still on your “to do” list in the region?

Build businesses to support a better lifestyle for people that live within the region.

What is the most memorable meal you’ve ever had in Yorkshire?

Wasabi-sabi on London Road – it’s a Japanese style restaurant.

What is your most Yorkshire trait?

I love Yorkshire tea!

Favourite piece of trivia about the region?

Sheffield FC first ever football team!

What is your favourite cultural icon to come out of Yorkshire?

Michael Palin.

Worst experience or thing about Yorkshire?

Street parking – there’s never enough of it.

What is one thing you’d steal from Lancashire (or other UK regions) if you could?

Manchester City’s first team for Sheffield Wednesday.

What is the most overrated thing about Yorkshire?

Nothing – as a group of people Yorkshire folk are modest to the core.
