New owners secured for North Yorkshire pub and hotel

A historic pub and hotel in Richmond, North Yorkshire, has been acquired by new owners.

As well as a bar, The Black Bull features two restaurants and eight en-suite letting rooms.

After over a decade of owning and operating this premises the vendors decided they wanted to retire, so they instructed Kings Business to sell their business.

Once Kings placed The Black Bull on the market it was acquired by a first-time buyer.

Lead negotiator Sophie Jakeman said: “Congratulations to our clients, there have been many hurdles throughout the sale but we got there in the end.”

The vendor added: “Sophie has been absolutely brilliant, and the sale has progressed since she took over the sale chasing all of the solicitors.”
