Speculative development completed in South Yorkshire
Wilton Developments has announced that its latest speculative unit at Enterprise 36 Business Park in Barnsley is now complete and ready for immediate occupation.
The four-unit scheme is strategically located at Junction 36 of the M1 in South Yorkshire, from which approximately a quarter of the UK’s population are within a two-hour drive.
The newly completed 77,800 sq ft Unit 2, which was supported by Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council comes after Wilton handed over two new units to William Rowland and DURA ID Solutions respectively after which were acquired off-plan and completed in March 2020.

CPP and CBRE have been appointed to market the development.
