Building maintenance business wins NHS approved contractor status

Elland-based building maintenance specialist, Evolution Technical Services, has secured approved contractor status to provide its services to the NHS.

The status was awarded by the North of England Commercial Procurement Collaborative (NOE CPC) for both electrical and mechanical, installation and maintenance services, after a competitive tender process for inclusion on its FM, Property and Business Services Framework.

Evotech’s managing director, Mark O’Grady, said: “I’m delighted Evotech has been awarded approved supplier status, for both electrical works and heating and plumbing systems on this prominent NHS framework.

“Our business is constantly evolving, with the addition of new services and technical innovations, and we look forward to further developing our relationship with NOE CPC and supporting its NHS and public sector client base, over the coming years.

“By providing high quality services and expertise, maintaining, and updating electrical and mechanical systems, we will ultimately help NHS organisations remain compliant, save money and reduce carbon emissions.”

Evotech is experienced in looking after NHS and other public sector buildings, schools, colleges and university facilities, commercial office space, shopping centres, leisure complexes and rented residential units across the UK.

Imran Ahmed, category manager – FM, Property and Business Services at NOE CPC, said,: “We are incredibly proud of the service NOE CPC delivers and the expertise of our team.

“We are delighted when organisations meet the high standards required and support us to create unique frameworks, such as Estates Maintenance and Engineering Services, offering the NHS access to a large number of truly specialist maintenance services providers.”
