Buyer secured for industrial premises at trade centre

Lambert Smith Hampton has completed the sale of Unit 4 South Leeds Trade Centre to a private individual.

The purchaser intends to occupy the property with several group businesses, including Exxollon – retailers of a number of products such as fine soaps and face scrubs.

Situated just off Belle Isle Road, the property forms part of the South Leeds Trade Centre and offers easy access to the M621 motorway.

“This deal was initiated at the start of lockdown and transacted through an uncertain period and there were also under bidders looking to purchase the unit too.
