Modern construction specialist launches luxury housing partnership

Leeds-based construction manufacturer, Sigmat, is poised to make its mark on the luxury housing market.

The company, which has have developed three bespoke housing frames, has appointed RED Systems as its preferred glazing partner.

Sigmat specialises in the development of modern methods of off-site construction. It designs, manufactures and installs of light gauge steel frames for the UK construction industry.

The business has delivered the building superstructures of over 300 high profile projects in a variety of sectors across the UK.

The partnership with RED systems coincides with the launch of the firm’s new luxury housing division which has been developed on the back of its success in the residential sector.

Sigmat anticipates demand for houses built using modern methods of construction (MMC) will continue to increase.

CEO Mark Eburne said: “This partnership represents the culmination of a significant amount of research and development into delivering fully glazed units for both our new luxury home division and existing commercial clients across the UK.

RED Systems will work alongside Sigmat’s in-house design  teams to provide factory installed window systems for the new housing range as well as a number of commercial projects.

The team has already created a new bracket to kickstart the project which enables products to be factory assembled.

RED, which has offices in the North West and London specialises in the design and manufacture of aluminium glazing products.
