Commercial property firm appointed for city centre office block

OBI has been appointed by Bruntwood SciTech – the joint venture between Bruntwood and Legal & General – as leasing consultants on Platform in Leeds city centre.

Situated on New Station Street, Platform features 120,000 sq ft of Grade A workspace over 13 floors.

This includes everything from coworking desks and serviced offices to full floor suites, meeting rooms, lounge, breakout space and a roof terrace.

As part of the Bruntwood SciTech network, Platform also offers digital and tech companies support to access finance, talent and new markets.

It is home to over 100 digital tech businesses, including Northcoders, Shift.MS, Digibete and Jublo, alongside large corporates such as Shoosmiths and fund managers NorthInvest and Mercia Technologies.

The OBI team has worked nationally across the tech sector with a number of clients including AO.com, Icelolly.com, Booking.com and The Hut Group.
